Article 1 –
Nature of Services

Dvcdesign exclusively provides custom-made digital
services and products, such as graphic design, custom products, and
branding. Each project is tailored to the specific needs of the client and
contains unique content. As a result, these services are exempt from returns
and the right of withdrawal, in accordance with European and Dutch consumer
law.

Article 2 –
No Right of Withdrawal

All products and services offered by Dvcdesign
are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article 6:230p of the
Dutch Civil Code).

Because all deliverables are customized, returns
or refunds are not possible once the project has commenced.

The client explicitly agrees to waive their right
of withdrawal when confirming the order.

Article 3 –
Cancellation

Cancellation is only possible before the
project has started.

If work has already begun, any completed hours
and incurred costs will be charged.

Cancellation must be requested in writing via
email.

Article 4 –
Revisions and Adjustments

Each project includes up to three (3) free
revision rounds.

Additional revisions beyond these will be billed
at the standard hourly rate.

Dissatisfaction after delivery and revisions does
not entitle the client to (partial) refunds unless Dvcdesign has
demonstrably failed to meet its obligations.

Article 5 –
Refunds

Refunds are only possible if:

a. The project has not yet started, and

b. The client cancels in writing within 48 hours of payment.

If Dvcdesign is unable to complete the project
due to force majeure or internal issues, the client may receive a
(partial) refund based on the amount of work completed.

In all other cases, payments are final and
non-refundable.

Article 6 –
Disputes and Applicable Law

Complaints or disputes about the delivered
services must be reported in writing within 7 days after delivery.

Both parties will first aim to resolve the matter
amicably.

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Any legal disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the
district where Dvcdesign is located.
